AccountShop is built from the ground up to be the safest place to buy and sell game accounts.
Escrow Protection
Every transaction is protected by AccountShop Escrow. When you purchase an account, your credits are held securely by our platform and are only released to the seller after you confirm the delivery is satisfactory. If you don't respond within 48 hours, funds auto-release — but you can open a dispute at any time during the delivery window.
Verified Sellers
Sellers can optionally complete identity verification (KYC) to display a verified badge on their profile. High-value categories may require verification before listing. All sellers must agree to our Seller Rules before listing.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, you have 48 hours after delivery to open a dispute. Our moderation team reviews all evidence including platform chat history and can issue a full refund, partial refund, or release funds to the seller.
Platform-Only Communication
All buyer-seller communication must happen through AccountShop's built-in chat. Attempting to move communication off-platform (sharing Discord, Telegram, email) is a rules violation and will be flagged. This protects both parties.
No Chargebacks on Credits
AccountShop credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you have a problem with a transaction, use the dispute system — it is designed to give buyers full protection without needing chargebacks.
Report Suspicious Activity
If you encounter a suspicious listing or seller, use the report function. Our moderation team reviews all reports and can remove listings, suspend accounts, and refund affected buyers.
