Dispute & Buyer Protection Policy
AccountShop's escrow system gives buyers strong protection. Here's how it works.
When can I open a dispute?
You can open a dispute after the seller marks delivery and before the 48-hour review window closes. You can also request a one-time 24-hour extension if you need more time to review the account.
Valid dispute reasons
- • Account was not delivered
- • Wrong account delivered (different game, rank, or platform)
- • Account has been banned or is unplayable
- • No email access despite listing claiming full email access
- • Account credentials do not work
- • Account was misrepresented in the listing
How are disputes resolved?
Our moderation team reviews all evidence including platform chat, listing details, and any screenshots or files submitted. Outcomes include:
Full refund to buyer
Full payment to seller
Split decision (partial refund)
How long does resolution take?
Disputes are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. Complex cases may take longer. Funds remain frozen until a decision is made.
